US Employers Behind Europeans In Communicating Their Green Credentials |

A new Harris Interactive study that polled 6,590 adults online found that German businesses are the best at communicating their green credentials. The study found that: * 43% of German workers found their employer to be green * 30% of Italian workers found their employer to be green * 28% of Spanish workers found their employer to be green * 21% of UK workers found their employer to be green * 21% of US workers found their employer to be green * 19% of French workers found their employer to be green
Overall, the study found that respondents in all countries agreed that green issues need to be tackled globally (79%) and that everyone from governments, businesses and consumers need to be involved in reducing climate change (70%). As well, many respondents felt that businesses could further increase their efforts on environmental issues. Read the full story at Environmental Leader |
