Mitsubishi CEO Takes On Role Of Chief Sustainability Officer |

Mitsubishi has announced that President and CEO, Ryoichi Ueda, has also been appointed as Chief Sustainability Officer for the company’s North American operations. The appointment signals the importance that Mitsubishi is placing on the environment. Since Ueda became President and CEO (in 2006) the company began a plan to reduce its CO2 emissions and last year spent $6 million to install solar power generators.
