A new interview with Adam Lowry, co-founder of green cleaning products company Method is availble to read. In the interview Adam speaks about his background and what led him to purse Method and it's success. Adam also speaks about the need for green firms to focus on design and performance when developing new products. An interview worth reading.
Method, a fairly new company currently has 100 staff and their annual turnover is $100m. They have also expanded their sites and have launched in the UK. Adam states that their success can be described by how they developed the product. "The simplest way to explain how we develop the products is through an equation: risk = hazard x exposure.... Our approach, right from the first design phase, is to focus on the hazard part of the equation and try to remove the hazardous elements.
