Pepsi, Kohl’s Among Companies Honoured for Green Power Purchases |

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Monday honored 17 companies that combine to buy nearly 4 billion kilowatt hours of green power each year. The Green Power Partners are companies that commit to buying renewable power such as solar, wind, geothermal, biomass, biogas and low-impact hydro. The EPA selected seven Green Power Partners of the Year. They are Whole Foods Market, Wells Fargo and Co. Staples, PepsiCo, Mohawk Fine Paper, Johnson and Johnson, and the city of Bellingham, Washington. Read the full article at GreenBiz.
