Toxic Releases Down from North American Industry Leaders, but Increasing from Others |

The Commission for Environmental Cooperation (CEC) revealed that a continued decline in the release of toxic chemicals in North America is being driven by a group of the largest generators of emissions. The report also revealed that chemical releases have substantially increased with a much larger group of low volume emitters.
